Can I buy only Target, or only Pokémon Center?

No. Accounts come in pairs — every tier is the same count on both retailers.

What if I want a count between tiers?

Tiers are fixed at 4, 8, and 15 pairs. Pick the tier that covers your count. Need more than 15 + 15? That’s the Scale page or a Discord ticket.

How am I billed?

Monthly, for your tier, through Whop. The subscription renews monthly. Manage or cancel it through Whop.

Are proxies extra?

No. Premium proxies are included in the tier price, and one proxy covers both accounts in a pair. No per-proxy fee and no percentage of what you spend.

Discord on the smallest tier?

Yes. Included with every tier.

Are checkouts guaranteed?

No. Drops sell out. Accounts can get limited. We maximize coverage — we don’t promise hits.

Who pays for the product?

You. The retailer charges the card from Discord onboarding. The tier price is for managed slots.

After a successful checkout?

We ping Discord. It ships to that household profile. You own the retailer order.

Can I pick products?

Yes — tell staff in the Discord ticket. Availability still depends on the drop.

What’s a manual drop?

In-store or non-ACO windows. Members get that intel free.

Refund policy?

PLACEHOLDER TODO — ask in Discord after purchase. Do not assume refunds.

Chargebacks, bans, retailer terms?

Automation may violate retailer ToS. Accounts can be banned. Chargebacks can get you removed. You accept that risk.
