Terms of Service

By buying accounts from Poke BotACO, you are purchasing a fully managed checkout-management service. You are not buying software, bot licenses, or guaranteed product.

What you buy

A monthly subscription for retailer account slots that we create, hold, and run on Pokémon Center and Target, sold in paired tiers (the same count of accounts on each retailer). You are charged monthly for your tier through Whop and the subscription renews monthly until you cancel it in Whop. Premium proxies are included in that price. After payment, staff onboard you in Discord: household shipping profiles and virtual cards (VCCs). This website never collects shipping or card data.

What we do not promise

Checkouts are not guaranteed. Drops sell out. Accounts can be limited or banned. Retailers change systems. We maximize coverage. We do not guarantee hits, profit, or that any specific SKU lands.

Risk and retailer terms

Retailer accounts and automation may violate retailer terms of service. You accept that risk, including account standing, cancelled orders, and retailer enforcement. Chargebacks on Whop or on retailer orders can result in removal from Discord and the service.

Your card, your product

On a successful checkout the retailer charges the card set up during Discord onboarding. You are responsible for those charges, for the order, and for local law.

Refunds

Affiliation

This is an independent checkout-management service. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with The Pokémon Company, Pokémon Center, Nintendo, or Target. Retailer accounts and automation may violate retailer terms of service. Checkouts are not guaranteed. You authorize us to use submitted shipping and payment information solely to attempt purchases you request. You are responsible for retailer charges, account standing, and local laws.
